2.2.2 Each individual is permitted to register and maintain one Account only. Multiple registrations by the same individual — identified by name, identity document, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other linking factor — are prohibited. zs888 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to void any associated balances or winnings without prior notice.
2.2.3 Players are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their Account login credentials. Any activity conducted through an Account is deemed to be the action of the registered Account holder. zs888 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Player's failure to protect their login credentials.
2.2.4 Registration is not available to persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering.
2.3.1 All Accounts on the zs888 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and bonus amounts are expressed and processed in PKR unless otherwise specified in a particular promotion's terms.
3.1 zs888 is obligated under its international gaming licence to conduct identity verification of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. This verification process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence.

3.5 All identity documents submitted to zs888 are handled in accordance with the zs888 Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for verification purposes and are not shared with third parties except where required by the Platform's licensing obligations or applicable law.
KYC verification is a one-time process per Account. Once your Account is fully verified, subsequent withdrawals process according to standard timeframes without requiring document resubmission, unless zs888 has reason to request updated documentation.
4.1.1 zs888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. 4.1.2 Players may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any deposit received from a payment method not registered to the Player may be reversed, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
4.2.1 Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to the Player's Account balance within five minutes of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan) are typically credited within one business day, subject to banking processing times. Card deposits are credited upon payment gateway confirmation.
4.2.2 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction initiation. zs888 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion.
4.2.3 Deposits that are not associated with any wagering activity may be flagged for review under anti-money-laundering protocols. Players depositing and withdrawing without commensurate gaming activity may have their Account reviewed and, if necessary, suspended.
4.3.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. zs888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposit.
4.3.2 JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day following verification of the withdrawal request. Bank transfers typically process within one to three business days. Processing timeframes are indicative and may extend during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
4.3.3 Players must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests submitted by unverified Accounts will remain in a pending state until verification is completed.
4.3.4 zs888 reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal amount per transaction or per calendar week. Current withdrawal limits are displayed within the Player's Account at the time of withdrawal request.
5.1 All bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, reload offers, cashback promotions, and any other promotional incentives offered by zs888 are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the point of opt-in. These Terms & Conditions provide the general framework; individual promotion pages provide the specific wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, expiry dates, and other applicable restrictions.
5.2 Wagering requirements must be met in full before any Bonus funds or winnings derived from Bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated clearly before a Player opts in. Attempting to withdraw before completing the wagering requirement will result in the Bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
5.3 Bonuses are valid for a specified period from the date of issuance or the date of first use, as stated in the individual promotion's terms. Bonuses and associated winnings that have not been used or wagered within the validity period will expire automatically without compensation.
5.4 zs888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has opted in, zs888 will apply reasonable effort to honour the terms in effect at the time of opt-in, or alternatively remove the Bonus credit from the Account.
5.5 Bonuses may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise. Each eligible Player may opt into a specific promotion once only unless otherwise stated. Any attempt to exploit promotional systems — including multiple account registration to claim the same bonus multiple times — constitutes a Prohibited Activity under Section 7 of these Terms.
5.6 zs888 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether betting patterns associated with a Player's use of bonus funds indicate abuse of the promotional system. Where such abuse is identified, the Bonus and any associated winnings may be voided and the Account may be suspended.
Bonus Abuse Warning: Placing low-risk hedge bets, systematically betting on opposing outcomes, or otherwise exploiting bonus mechanics to guarantee a withdrawal constitutes bonus abuse. zs888 monitors betting patterns and will void bonuses and winnings where abuse is detected.
6.1 All bets placed on the zs888 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are available within each game or market interface. By placing a bet, the Player confirms they have read and understood the applicable rules.
6.2 zs888 reserves the right to void, cancel, or suspend any bet or wager where: (a) a technical error or data feed fault has caused an incorrect price or market to be offered; (b) there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, event manipulation, or insider information; (c) a market was offered in error or under circumstances that would not reasonably have led to it being available; or (d) applicable rules require voiding under specific event outcomes.
6.3 In the event of a dispute concerning the outcome of a bet, the official result as recorded by the relevant governing body shall be determinative. Where no official result is available, zs888's decision shall be final, subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 13.
6.4 Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game types. Current limits are displayed within each market. zs888 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual Player at its discretion without providing a reason.
6.5 All casino game outcomes are generated by certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently audited for fairness. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slots are published by the respective game providers. zs888 does not manipulate game outcomes.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zs888 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Engagement in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 10.2 zs888 makes no warranty that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific game titles.
10.3 zs888 is not liable for losses incurred by a Player as a result of: (a) the Player's failure to comply with these Terms; (b) third-party actions, including payment processor delays; (c) the Player's own errors in placing wagers, including selecting incorrect markets, stakes, or game options.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits zs888's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11.1 zs888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or where required by applicable law or the Platform's licensing obligations.
11.2 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the associated Funds will be held and will not be accessible by the Player during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the Account will be reinstated and the Funds will be made available.
11.3 Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, zs888 reserves the right to forfeit any Funds remaining in the Account, including deposited funds, where those funds are associated with the prohibited conduct. This right is exercised proportionately and in accordance with the Platform's licensing obligations.
11.4 Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the zs888 support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed after all pending bets are settled and the Account balance is withdrawn. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened upon request, subject to standard verification procedures.
12.1 zs888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with the effective date revised accordingly. Where amendments are material, zs888 will endeavour to provide Players with reasonable notice via email or platform notification prior to the amendments taking effect.
12.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.4.
12.3 The version of these Terms in effect at the time a particular transaction or event occurs shall govern that transaction or event, except where a subsequent amendment expressly provides otherwise.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Player's use of the Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of the Platform's international gaming licence.
13.2 In the event of a dispute between the Player and zs888, the Player should first contact the zs888 support team with a clear description of the dispute. zs888 will acknowledge the dispute within two business days and endeavour to reach a resolution within fourteen business days of acknowledgement.
13.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process described in clause 13.2, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body under the Platform's gaming licence. Details of the applicable regulatory body are available upon request from the support team.
13.4 Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral institution under the Platform's licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English.
